Easy Ice continues to grow and seeks a bright, highly motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join their team in the Charleston market. This candidate must be an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who is able to assist the Sales Representatives. This position requires a person that strives to assist in the growth of a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Representatives to ensure prompt communication with customers and proper documentation
• Proactively manage customers’ expectations regarding timing, and quality service during the sales and installation processes.
• Setting up new accounts and coordinate with operations on all necessary documentation
• Positively impact the customer experience with a positive attitude, helpful demeanor and friendly voice

Qualifications:

• Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of related experience
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service role
• Salesforce experience: a plus
• Demonstrated track record of delivering highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated track record of working effectively with employees in various departments of the company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
